WOMEN’S PROGRAM DATE: December 7 & 8
ADDRESS: 6283 Cox Rd Arrington, TN 37014
DESCRIPTION: Often referred to as a sweat lodge ceremony, Inipi is a traditional Native American practice that holds significant importance for spiritual health. This experience involves a structured gathering inside a dome-shaped structure, where participants undergo a purification process. The lodge is constructed using natural materials like wood and blankets, and inside, stones heated in a fire are placed in a central pit to generate steam. As water is poured over the stones, the resulting steam creates intense heat that facilitates both physical cleansing and spiritual renewal. The Inipi experience is revered for its ability to foster introspection, prayer, and spiritual connection. Participants often emerge with a sense of rejuvenation, clarity, and a bond with their community and environment. By offering a sacred space for reflection and healing, the Inipi ceremony plays a crucial role in promoting spiritual health and well-being.
PREPARATION: Have you ever reflected on the meaning of self-worth? With the fast pace of life, it is easy to lose sight of this vital concept. We encourage you to explore what it truly means to cultivate unconditional self-worth. Self-worth is the internal sense of being good enough and worthy of love and belonging from others.
DAY 1 - 9 AM - 4 PM - The day will begin with a collaborative effort to prepare the site for the journey ahead. Each individual will set their intentions by creating prayer ties rooted in ancient traditions. Light snacks, Gatorade, water, and coffee will be available. Following this, the Inipi will commence, guided by Keoni Enlow. The ceremony will conclude at 3 PM, after which a meal and fellowship will be shared. By 5 PM, participants will return home to recover and reflect on the day's experiences.
DAY 2 - 8 AM - 1 PM - On the second day, you and your team will reflect on your experiences, fostering a deeper connection to both your journey and one another. This integration process is crucial for carrying your insights forward in the days, months, and years ahead.
WHAT TO WEAR: Tank tops, shorts, or bathing suits are recommended. Before entering the tent, it's advisable to wear closed-toe shoes, which you can remove or replace with flip-flops inside. In colder weather, we suggest bringing a warm layer for lunch. Additionally, it's a good idea to pack an extra change of clothes for after the event.
DONATIONS: We believe in our vision and offer this experience on a donation basis as a celebration of our launch. Post ceremony, we hope you will support us in continuing to offer our services. Seek On!
